So I’m hosting a workshop on platonic touch, consent & boundaries 🌱 next monday at Paradise at 18:00

Through simple guided exercises we’ll explore: ✨ expressing boundaries ✨ receiving boundaries ✨ asking clearly ✨ listening clearly ✨ and how the same touch can feel completely different depending on intention and consent.

All touch during the workshop stays fully platonic and limited to hands and forearms.

We’re all from different places and cultures, and many of us relate to touch very differently. I think there’s something really beautiful about slowing down and becoming a little more intentional together 💛
